How much does therapy cost?

I offer a free introductory 30 minute session, this is an opportunity for us both to ask questions and explore whether we might work well together. Subsequent sessions are £55 per hour.

How often would we meet?

For 1 hour on a weekly basis, I would encourage this to be at the same time each week.

Where would we meet?

At the Practice Rooms in Stokes Croft, Bristol. I also offer online sessions.

Am I supervised?

I meet with a clinical supervisor regularly to discuss my client work in a confidential manner.
